The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasts the weather for today to be thunderstorm rain fall in the regions of Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Northern Border, Al-Jouf, Najran, Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah. The Authority's report states that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is westerly southerly to easterly southerly at speed of 16-38 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is southerly easterly at speed of 16-36 km/h.
