The General Authority for Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasts the weather for today to continue blowing active dusty winds in the regions of Najran, the southern parts of Riyadh and the Eastern Region. The report forecasts continuing thunderstorm rains on the heights of Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan and Najran, as well as Riyadh and Eastern regions.
The Authority's report states that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northerly-westerly at speed 16-38 km, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is southerly easterly at speed 14-36 km.
