Marine Patrols of the Border Guards in Makkah Region evacuated on Tuesday an Indian sailor aged 31, from a commercial vessel at sea, after suffering an emergency medical condition. Spokesman of the Border Guards Commodore Saher bin Mohammed Al-Harbi said that the Joint Marine Rescue Coordination Center's Red Sea and Gulf of Aqaba Commission (JMRCC) of the Border Guards received a telephone call stating that a crew member of a commercial vessel in international waters suffered an emergency condition requiring urgent evacuation for medical care. The Border Guards located the ship, evacuated the sailor and transferred him the hospital.
