Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh, Al-Youm and Okaz newspapers commented their editorials on the Palestinian cause, saying that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reaffirmed every day its firm position towards the Palestinian cause, and despite all important Arab issues, the Palestinian issue has always been topping priorities. The papers noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in its sense of responsibility towards the Palestinian people suffering from brutality of the occupation, and its seeking as well to preserve the usurped rights of the Palestinian people, it called for an extraordinary Arab meeting at minister levels to discuss the extraordinary situation being experienced by the Palestinian people as 62 people claimed their lives and thousands got wounded in peaceful demonstrations protesting against the moving of the US Embassy to the City of Al-Quds upon a decision that did not comply with international resolutions that did not recognize the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories, the step that caused angry reactions against these brutality violations against the rights of the Palestinian people.
