Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Fundamentals in confronting Israeli occupation crimes wrote that the firm Saudi position on the issue of Jerusalem (Al-Quds) and the rejection of unilateral measures aimed at imposing a fait accompli on Palestinians represents a continuation of the Kingdom's historic and steadfast stances on supporting Arab and Islamic issues, topped by the Palestinian cause. The paper pointed in this regard to the Kingdom's speech before United Nations Security Council yesterday which has placed the international community before its responsibilities towards wrong measures taken by Israeli occupation authorities aimed at obliterating the Arab and Islamic identity of Jerusalem (Al-Quds) and confiscating the right of the Palestinian people to exercise their legitimate rights on their territories. Al-Youm newspaper in its editorial entitled ''The Kingdom and the confrontation of cheap media wrote that the cheap media is the one that fuels hatred tied to the party which finances and provides it with money to spread its poison to those who does not conform to its beliefs and ideology, noting that the Kingdom pursues the policy of ignorance toward this cheap media which disseminates rumors.
