Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper commented in its editorial entitled "Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pushing of Palestinian Cause'' , saying that the repercussions of successive events at the Arab world arena have thrown their shadows over the Palestinian cause and its position on the attention list at Arab and international levels. It said that Saudi diplomacy became aware of this brutal exploitation of the circumstances through which the Arab nation witnessed by the Zionist government, so it remained evoking up the question of Palestine in all Arab, Islamic and international forums in order not to allow the occupier to impose a fait accompli and wash the cause itself away from the world negotiating tables just as its weapons have demolished the earth "houses, fields and orchards» in Palestine. The paper believed that contents of the statement delivered by the Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir before the international peace conference on the Middle East recently held in Paris, focused on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's fundamentals towards the Palestinian issue and his referring to the historical initiatives adopted by the Kingdom to resolve this issue and confirmed the keenness of the Kingdom and its wise leadership to stick to Arab right in Palestine and their refusal to neutralize this central issue of Palestine under any pretext. --More
