Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. The paper noted that history will record the words of US President Donald Trump to Iran and those who support it, that the USA will work hard to prevent the Iranian regime from exploiting this agreement to achieve its dream by possessing a nuclear weapon threatening the region and the world at large. Al-Youm newspaper commented on the 1st quarter report on the performance of the State's budget announced by the Minister of Finance, saying that it confirms that the financial balance program adopted by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince is correct, in addition to the safety of all procedures relating to the State's policy of managing resources and expenditures. The newspaper pointed to the increase in non-oil revenues by 63 percent compared with the same period of 2017, which reflects the success of the Saudi economic thought to reduce dependence on oil resources alone.
