The Council of Arab Ministers for Meteorology and Climate has elected the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Chairman of the Executive Bureau for the term 2018-2019, Tunisia as Deputy and Egypt, UAE, Jordan, Algeria, Djibouti and Sudan members. At the conclusion of its second session, the Council, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the General Authority for Meteorology and Environment Protection Dr. Khalil bin Musleh Al-Thaqafi, stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to activate the integrated strategy of Arab meteorological services and its executive plan 2018-2030.
