A search is underway for three Vietnamese fishermen after their boat capsized in the South China Sea, killing one man. The shipping vessel with a crew of 12 capsized Wednesday off the coast of the southern city of Vung Tau after encountering rough waters, dpa reported. Eight were rescued and brought ashore Thursday along with the body of the deceased, but three crewmen are still believed to be trapped inside the stricken vessel. Rescuers have been unable so far to enter the stricken vessel due to turbulent seas brought on by Storm Sanba, which is headed for the southern Vietnamese coast and thought responsible for the high waves that caused the accident.
