Saudi Grains Organization to import 715,000 tons of wheat

Saudi Grains Organization has awarded the first batch of imported wheat for the year 2018 AD amounting to 715,000 tons to be supplied during "April-June 2018" on board 12 ships through Jeddah Islamic Port, King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam and Jazan Seaport.
The Organization's Governor Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Faris pointed out this batch comes within the framework of the Organization's plan to cover the domestic demand for wheat and maintain its strategic stocks.
