The second meeting of the Saudi-Egyptian Joint Follow-up Committee, in its 15th session, was held here today. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality, Customs Authority and the Council of Saudi Chambers. Saudi delegation was headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment for Foreign Trade and Investment Mohamed bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdul-Jabbar, while the Egyptian side was headed by the Egyptian Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for trade agreements Azza Mohammed Musa.. During the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of issues and made relevant recommendations to increase the volume of bilateral trade and bolster investment exchange between the two countries. Finally, the Saudi side made an invitation to its Egyptian counterpart, to attend the meetings of the 16th session, set to be held, in Riyadh, later on.
