Secretary General of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen hailed Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's generous directive to deposit $2 billion as a deposit, at the Yemeni Central Bank, in Aden, the provisional capital. Such a move would alleviate suffering of the Yemeni people, resulted from the crimes inflicted on the Yemenis by the Houthi militias, in addition back up the legitimate government, he stated, reiterating OIC firm stance, supporting the internationally recognized government, in accordance with the Gulf states' sponsored initiative, with its executive mechanisms, outputs of the National Comprehensive Dialogue Yemeni Conference and the UN Security Council relevant resolutions, namely the Resolution no.: 2216.
