Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Okaz newspapers commented on Citizen's Account Program, saying that the program of financial balance is one of the basic programs to achieve the vision 2030 aiming at restructuring the financial situation of the Kingdom and the development of different mechanisms to review revenues, expenditures, and various projects, noting that the Program comes in line with these regulations which reflect the government's concern that the gradual adjustment of energy prices should not affect Saudi mid and low-income citizens and protect them and the Council of Ministers decided to pay subsidy amounts to them on December 21. Al-Yaum newspaper commented on Iran, saying that the withdrawal of 40 Iranian military advisers from the city of Hodeida indicates the beginning of the termination of the Iranian regime in Yemen and the failure of Iran's blatant interference in the affairs of the countries of the region, noting that the political military scene as a whole is witnessing a remarkable change after the killing of the former Yemeni president.
