Palestinian Premier Rami Al-Hamdallah said here today that the Palestinian people are being subjected to a new historic injustice, following US decision to recognize Al-Quds (Jerusalem), as the capital of Israel and to relocated the American embassy to the city. During a meeting held here today, Al-Hamdallah affirmed rejection of the American decision, as it is a flagrant violation of international legitimacy, resolutions of the General Assembly of the United Nations and the UN Security Council and a serious attack on the Palestinian people, its national rights, and comes to be added to the daily crimes committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people, his land and on Islamic and Christian sanctities. Al-Hamdallah added that all decisions and actions taken by the occupation and supported by the new American resolution aimed at changing the legal and historical status of Al-Quds, damaging its spiritual, historical and religious status, are null and void and that Al-Quds is an integral part of the Palestinian territories occupied, in 1967, and would never be otherwise.
