Upon the directives of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defence, the medical surgical team in separation of Siamese twins will perform a separation surgery for two Sudanese Siamese twins ( Jana and Juod ) at King Abdullah Specialist Hospital for Children in King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh, next Sunday. This came today in a speech of Advisor at the royal Court, General Supervisor of the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, Chairman of the Medical and Surgical Team Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabiah. The twins are 13 month females and associated with chest and abdomen. There are also liver and heart valves, breathing difficulties with partial pulmonary failure, frequent chest infections and congenital heart defects. the percentage of success of the surgery will be 60%.
