Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper wrote an article entitled " The forthcoming Islamic Summit and the concerns of Muslims", saying that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was and still in the lead to reunite the Islamic World, unify the ranks of Muslims and work diligently to achieve the project of the Islamic solidarity desired by all Islamic countries to help confront the challenges afflicting Muslims and facing the obstacles preventing the achievement of the desired goals including solidarity among all Muslim peoples. The paper noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always been keen on the interest of all Muslims and strives to achieve the unity of their ranks, adding that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has issued several invitations to leaders of Islamic countries to participate in Arab-Islamic-US Summit to be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The paper pointed out that the Kingdom has supported all the steps that advance the joint action of the Islamic world.
