Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper commented in its editorial entitled "The Kingdom and the industry of solutions'', saying that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been throughout its history one the most important solution makers in the region as it has enjoyed a great status among other countries. The paper noted that the most important initiatives for the solution of the Palestinian cause have come out from the Kingdom, pointing in this regard to the initiative of late King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, when he was crown prince in 1982 at Fez Summit in Morocco and the initiative of late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz when he was crown prince in 2002 at Beirut Summit which adopted it as Arab Peace Plan.
