The Custodian of Two Holy Mosques campaign to relieve Pakistani needy people has announced that it has achieved phase I representing as many as 2600 homes out of 5000 in the flood-affected areas in Pakistan since 2010. Regional manager of the campaign in Pakistan Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Othmani said in a press release today that phase I of the campaign was executed in 13 provinces including Al-Banjab, Al-Sind, Khayber and Bakhtonkhuwah, at a cost of SR44916300. Phase II, currently underway, includes 2400 homes in Banjab, Khaiber, Bakhtonkhuwah, Baluchistan and Jelet Beltstan, he added. He said the campaign has, since the eruption of the flood crisis in 2010, sent more than 2000 trucks laden with foodstuffs and critical items, including 5000 temporary homes throughout the country.
