Dr. Ahmed bin Obaid bin Dhughr, Prime Minister of Yemen, called for paying special attention to the historical incident of the Arab Coalition in Defense of the Legitimacy in Yemen in confrontation of rebels in his country through inserting the experience in Yemeni universities curricula. At a meeting in Riyadh today with the Chairman of the Arab Initiative to Rehabilitate Yemeni universities and a number of Arab universities professors, bin Dhughr said the matter should receive the interest of Arab professors and intellectuals to pass it to the coming generations, describing it as an Arab historic station and position that played a big role in facing the rebel challenge and stood by the side of Yemeni people. He drew the attention that the war staged by Houthi militias in Yemen has resulted in the destruction of Yemeni universities and deprived many Yemenis from joining education in addition to recruiting children in armed conflicts.
