Arab Coalition Forces for support of legitimacy in Yemen have handed (52) children who have been recruited on the Yemeni-Saudi border by the Houthi militias to the legitimate government in Yemen. The process of handing over those children was carried out after the coordination with a number of international organizations, including (Red Cross and UNICEF). Those children were arrested in the theaters of military operations as they were carrying weapons and involving in mine-laying operations. Appropriate actions have been taken by transferring them to shelters, according to their legal age, and the application of preventive measures to protect children and provide them with the appropriate conditions. Coalition Forces Command stresses that the involvement of children in the bloody events and minefields, is considered as an inhuman act, and contrary to all international norms and laws.
