In his speech to the Arab summit, President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi of the Republic of Yemen highly appreciated the efforts exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his full and sincere support for Yemeni people politically, economically and militarily at various stages and in all circumstances. He also valued the efforts made by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States and Arab and Islamic countries participating in the coalition supporting legitimacy as well as the countries sponsoring the GCC initiative and the international community, its bodies and organizations for their political and economic support of Yemen. The Yemeni President appreciated everyone's sympathy to support the legitimacy and stability of Yemen, security as well as its unity and said: 'I had come to you today from the wounded Yemen participating in the Arab summit, despite the great difficulties, challenges and assaults to which I have exposed during my trip to you, but I was determined to attend, not for myself but to represent Yemen with its constitutional legitimacy and comprehensive national project at this important summit and to deliver the voice of the people of Yemen to its Arab nation. I came to you and my heart is wrenching with pain and I am heartbroken for my homeland and our great people who dream of safe and stable homeland and aspire for tomorrow's most beautiful and most fascinating in light of modern federal civil State, which inspires its fundamentalists from the outputs of the comprehensive national dialogue conference, which toppled by Houthi militias and their allies at home and abroad.' Moreover, President Hadi turning out to the chronology of the Yemen's crisis and what has been carried out by Houthi militias and its allies as well, and said: 'These militias and their allies inside Yemen are obsessed with power of ruling and tyranny like their allies abroad who want to use Yemen to disturb the region as well as international peace and security; those militias have been addicted to violence, destruction and invasion of provinces and waged a bloody war to invade the provinces of Taiz, Lahj, Dalea, Saada, Amran, Bida'a, Marib and finally the city of Aden, whereas they shed blood, killed people, destroyed institutions and enterprises, and created chaos targeted the security, stability and tranquility of the Yemeni people in most of the provinces of the Republic, in defiance of all our people in the south, and before that in the north, but that the citizens of our great people, youths, men and women confronted the aggression and the coup in all regions and provinces.. I call from here all the Yemeni people to support the constitutional legitimacy and its official institutions and resist those militias with courage, prid and free will.' The Yemeni President stressed that the will of the Yemeni people as expressed on all occasions and arenas led him in the framework of his constitutional and legitimate responsibility to send a letter to the leaders of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for the Arab States, the Arab League, and the Security Council to provide instant assistance by all necessary means and measures including the military intervention to protect Yemen and its people from Al-Houthi devastating aggression, based on the Charter of the Arab League, Joint Arab Defense Treaty, Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, the matter which has been positively responded immediately by our brothers and friends through the Determination Storm Operation, which is a practical application of the serious call for the formation of Joint Arab Force contributing to maintaining Arab national security. President Hadi called for the continuation of the Determination Storm Operation until Al-Houthi gang declares its surrender, leaves all occupied territories in various provinces, leaves the state's institutions and camps, hands all heavy and medium weapons either looted from the State's stores or camps or provided by Iran for waging war on the state and the people Yemen over the past years, and the gang's leaders surrender themselves to justice. The Yemeni President called on Arab leaders to stand with Yemen, the land and people, and speed up their rescue of Yemen with all material resources and support economically and militarily to restore its security and stability, noting that Yemen is in need of a real Marshall Arab Plan, otherwise it can not restore building of the State which Al-Houthis have destroyed, so that Yemen remains stable, enjoys security and be a major partner to the Gulf states and Arab and international system.
