UN envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Alshiekh Ahmed announced here today that he has received from the heads of delegates taking part in Kuwait peace consultations among Yemenis lists of committee members scheduled to kick off a dialogue on security, political and prisoners and detainees issues to keep Kuwait consultations going. He said he insisted that all Yemeni parties should differentiate between relief and human tracks and any other political or security issues to evade politicizing the issue. He added that he requested the Yemeni parties to show cooperation with the Djibouti-based UN mechanism to verify and inspect commercial items heading for Yemen through Al-Hodeida, Al-Silaif and Al-Makha ports. In this regard, he extended thanks to the European Union, Holland, New Zealand, Britain and the United States of America for activating the mechanism to try to normalize life in war-hit parts of Yemen.
