Yemen government's negotiating team to Kuwait consultations among Yemeni warring factions met in the city of Kuwait today with UN special envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Alsheikh. According to the Yemeni News Agency, the government delegation is ready to kick off consultations with the other party as part of its serious wish to reach peace and stop Yemeni bloodshed according to the agreed schedule upon references and basics. Leader of the delegation, Abdulmalik Al-Mikhlafi, Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister of Yemen, said all his delegation members arrived in Kuwait according to schedule. However, the Houthi militia and deposed president Ali Saleh delegation have not shown up, he disclosed. He added that the rebels are still procrastinating to come to Kuwait and continue violating ceasefire on the ground.
