Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Sharq newspaper wrote under the title "Principles and Interests Confluence '' that the Saudi-South African summit held yesterday in Riyadh is one of the important summits in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's future strategies, pointing out that the two friendly countries can accomplish a lot in favor of their common interests, especially that they have identical positions in many regional and international political affairs, as well as a lot of economic ambitions and aspirations to develop many of the ideas for the people of both countries. It highlighted that as the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud told President Zuma that the two countries have deep-rooted relations in all fields, especially the political, economic and military ones, making this African republic as one of the Kingdom's most important trading partners, in addition to their partnership in the Group of Twenty, which confirms that the two countries occupy an important status at the global level, economically and politically, and what they have of potentials stress the need to strengthen relations and develop them to serve their common interests. --More
