Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Alsheikh has held here a meeting with Indonesian Islamic preachers and teachers on the sidelines of his current visit to Indonesia. In a speech delivered by him, Sheikh Saleh asserted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, has always been keen on supporting Muslims and spreading Islam through wisdom and good sermon. Sheikh Saleh said that one of the ministry's important tasks is to assign Islamic preachers and teachers to contribute to spreading Islam. He also highlighted the role of Islamic preachers and teachers in this regard. Sheikh Saleh called on Islamic preachers and Ulema to be wise and not be hasty when taking decisions. At the end of his speech, Sheikh Saleh thanked the Religious attaché at Saudi Embassy in Indonesia Sheikh Ibrahim Alnigaimshi for giving him the opportunity to meet with Islamic preachers.
