Indonesian Minister of Religion Muhammed Maftuh Basyuni held here today a meeting with the Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Alsheikh. The Indonesian Minister thanked Sheikh Saleh for accepting the invitation to visit Indonesia, praising the relations between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. Basyuni reviewed the activities carried out by his Ministry, expressing his hope that the Ministry would benefit from the Saudi experience in Zakat and Endowment fields. On his part, Sheikh Saleh commended the substantial cooperation between the two countries, stressing that this visit comes to exchange experiences between the two ministries.
