Indonesian Vice-President Muhammad Yusuf Kalla received here today the Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Alsheikh and the accompanying delegation. Kalla welcomed the Minister, pointing out that his visit reflects the depth of relations between the two countries. He also thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its support and cooperation with Indonesia in Islamic, humanitarian and relief fields. On his part, Sheikh Saleh thanked the Indonesian Vice-President for the good reception and hospitality, stressing that relations between Saudi Arabia and the Indonesia are growing constantly. "This visit came in response to an invitation of the Indonesian Minister of Religion to discuss and exchange experiences," Sheikh Saleh said. The meeting was attended by senior officials.
