Hamburg sends formal bid to host 2024 Olympics

AlQa'dah 25, 1436, Sep 9, 2015, SPA -- Hamburg Wednesday formally submitted its bid to host
the 2024 Olympics, dpa reported.
The letter to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) was signed by German Olympics sports organization DOSB president Alfons Hoermann and Hamburg mayor Olaf Scholz.
