Jubeir added, "With respect to Yemen, I briefed US Secretary of State on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's keenness on the delivery of humanitarian aid to Yemen and on the donation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of $ 274 million in response to the appeals by the United Nations to provide humanitarian assistance to Yemen, and I also briefed him on the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz for the establishment of Riyadh center to coordinate the relief works; but unfortunately the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the delivery of aid to the brothers in Yemen was a difficult matter due to continuing military operations and the aggression being carried out by the Houthis and their allies in Yemen.
