Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani participated on Sunday in the opening of a workshop on Intellectual Property in the city of Doha, Qatar.
The Secretary General delivered a speech in which he highlighted the GCC countries' great interest in intellectual property and its overall system.
