In cooperation with the Competition Council, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hail will organize here tomorrow, on Wednesday a seminar entitled "Promoting Competition in Business Sector" to be presented by the Council's Secretary General , Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Qasim. Hail Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Secretary General, Ali Al-Amash explained that the seminar's themes include the basics of the concept of competition, the review of the most important features of the competition and its executive system, the most prominent irregularities in the competition system and local and international causes as well as the applications' procedures for economic concentration and the program of spreading the culture of competition. He said that the seminar is part of the common goals between Hail Chamber and the Council, aiming to spread the culture of competition in the Saudi society and increase awareness of its importance among all business sectors, as well as gaining support for its just causes, in addition to highlighting the role of the Competition Council to improve the competitive environment in the domestic economy so that all the institutions can compete freely and fairly.
