My brothers and my sons, citizens,
May Allah's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
With Allah's blessing and praise, we announce the budget for the next fiscal year 1436/1437 AH, amounting its expenditures at (860,000,000,000), eight hundred and sixty billion riyals, in continuation of expenditures for supporting the comprehensive and balanced development, improving the services provided to citizens, and creating more job opportunities for them in public and private sectors .

You are well aware what the global economy is going through of the weakness in growth, in addition to what the global oil market is going through of developments, which contributed to a significant drop in oil prices.
