The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired at his Palace in Riyadh today the Cabinet's session which approved the state's budget for the new fiscal year 1434/1435AH. The session began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and then the King announced the opening of the Cabinet saying: "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, May Allah's peace and blessings be upon the Prophet, his family and companions. With the blessing of Allah Almighty, we announce the opening session of the Cabinet to announce this year's budget. May Allah make it the budget of goodness and blessings in General for the Saudi people and its goodness, God willing, for Muslims. Thank you. " The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), after the session that the Cabinet discussed upon the King's directives the state's budget for the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH, and approved it. Then, the King addressed a speech to citizens, in which he announced the budget. The following is the text of the speech, which was delivered by the Cabinet's Secretary General, Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Sadhan: "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, May Allah's peace and blessings be upon the Prophet, his family and companions. Dear brothers, Citizens. Sons and daughters of this homeland, May Allah's Peace and blessings be upon you .
