AlHijjah 23, 1435, Oct 17, 2014, SPA -- The United Nations Thursday condemned the latest terrorist attack to hit Somalia's capital of Mogadishu that left at least five people dead and many more injured. U.N. Special Representative for Somalia Nicholas Kay strongly condemned the attack and urged a quick response to bring the perpetrators to justice "swiftly." "Such crimes violate the most basic principles of humanity. The United Nations remains determined in our support for the Somali people as they work to realize their hope for a peaceful and stable future," Kay said in a statement.
