The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has revealed that its intensive efforts through coordination with the US Department of Commerce and Gulf Industrial Services Company (GISCO) operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia resulted in that US investigation authority found the absence of dumping by the Kingdom's exports of petroleum pipelines' product. In a press release issued by today, the Ministry said that, according to the case timetable, it is expected that the US investigation authority would issue a final verdict on the lawsuit before 01/10/2014 without imposing any charges upon the Kingdom's exports of the product referred to. The US investigation authority has begun proceedings of the anti-dumping investigation in 22/07/2013.
