The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah said that the intensive efforts made by the Ministry in coordination with CHEMANOL Company about ending anti-dumping investigation held by Indian authorities against the Kingdom's exports of the product of Bentathritol have resulted in non-imposition of anti-dumping duties on the Saudi only exported source, the CHEMANOL Company. Indian investigating authority began on May 22, 2012 procedures of anti-dumping investigation against imports of Saudi of Bentathritol product based on the claims of local producers in India that the Saudi exporting Company practiced dumping by 65.17 % causing material damage to the Indian industry.
