Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues. Al-Madinah newspaper commended the registration of historic Jeddah on the World Heritage List of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), considering this event as an important civilizational achievement to be added to the series of many accomplishments for the homeland at all levels during the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and it is one of the fruits of his efforts exerted for taking care of heritage and culture.
