Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom stressed that the relevant departments of the embassy are exerting all efforts in following up the case of "The killing of a Saudi female student" in the British capital of London. The Prince summoned officials of Saudi Welfare Department and Legal Affairs to consider the appropriate action to follow up the case, stand by the family of the deceased, and provide them with all necessary things in these circumstances, in addition to considering the regular and sound communication procedures with the local authorities concerned to consider the case. Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf expressed in a telephone call on Tuesday to the brother of the deceased in the Kingdom his sincerest condolences to her family, affirming the Embassy's speed in taking all the procedures for the transfer of the body of the deceased to the Kingdom, highlighting in this regard that the embassy will not stop until reaching the aspects of this case. He also asserted that the case is in his personal attention and follow up until reaching anyone behind the killing of the female student, and justice takes its course, noting that the Legal Affairs follow up directly with the relevant authorities the details of the case. The Saudi Ambassador pointed out that the deceased's brother, who is present with her in Britain, has left the police station after he recognized the body of his sister, and that he was reassured about him and offered his condolences to him on the death of his sister. He indicated that that the concerned authorities have arrested a suspect in the killing of the female student, calling on the media of various kinds to rely on what is issued by the embassy in this regard.
