GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani sent today a cable of congratulations to Egyptian President Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi marking his election. In his cable, Dr. Al-Zayani hailed the election of President Al-Sisi as in recognition of historic role, patriotic dedication and leadership charisma. "The presidential elections reflect the determination of Egypt to build a democratic and civilized country", he said, wishing President Al-Sisi every success for his country to achieve progress and prosperity and regain its Arab and international standing.
