The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani expressed congratulations and blessings to the leaders of GCC countries, on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of GCC establishment. Dr. Al-Zayani said that the GCC has become an organization well recognized by the world community, citing its giant accomplishments in the political economic and cultural arenas.
