Jordanian Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh met here today with Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) William Swing. During the meeting, they discussed cooperation between Jordan and the organization. Judeh stressed the importance of the role played by the organization in providing services to the Syrian refugees. He also highlighted pressures placed on Jordan's economy and infrastructure as a result of hosting more than 600,000 Syrian refugees. The minister stressed that Jordan needs further international support to help it grapple with the mounting pressure.
