Qabil said, "In my name and the personnel of the Saudi armed forces, I welcome you and your guests. In this blessed day, we conclude Abdullah Sword Maneuvers which are being implemented according to the royal approval, your directives, and the follow-up of your deputy." He explained that the maneuvers are being implemented simultaneously these days at the level of the armed forces, in addition to the participation of units of the Ministry of National Guard, and members of the Ministry of the Interior in Eastern, Southern and Northern Regions aiming to raise the level of training and test the readiness of our armed forces to deter any aggression launched towards any of these directions. He noted that participants in the maneuvers included various units of ground, air, and naval forces, air defense forces, and strategic missiles force, as well as units of the national Guard and members of the Ministry of Interior.
