A total of 846 Syrian refugees, mostly women, children and elderly people, crossed the borders into Jordan through various border points during the past 24 hours. Jordanian border guards stationed along the 376-kilometre borders between Jordan and Syria received the refugees and provided them with urgent humanitarian aid and necessary medical aid to the injured. The Syrian displaced were also supplied with advanced transit facility before being moved to al-Zaatari refugee camp, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
