Saudi border patrols confiscate big quantities of live ammunition

Daer Bani Malik border post, Jazan Region, Saudi Arabia, Jumada I 4, 1435, Mar 5, 2014, SPA -- Border patrols at Al-Daer Bani Malik border post, Jazan Region, has intercepted some persons trying to cross the border on foot into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, exchanged fire with them and confiscated a big quantity of live ammunition they were carrying on their backs.
Brig. General Abdullah bin Mahfouz, Information Spokesman of the Border Guard, said the quantity confiscated included 19090 live bullets to be used for pistols and rifles.
