Members of the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday warmly welcomed the successful conclusion of the Conference of the comprehensive national dialogue in Yemen. "Members of the Security Council warmly welcomed the successful conclusion of the Yemeni dialogue conference. A resolution would be drafted in the next few days to respond to the aspirations of the people and government of Yemen, as well as consider the possibility of taking additional measures against spoilers," Jordan's U.N. ambassador and president of the Security Council this month, Prince Zeid Ra'ad Zeid al-Hussein, said. He made the remarks following a closed-door consultations session held by the council on Tuesday to discuss the latest developments of the situation in Yemen as part of its periodic sessions to follow up achieved steps of the transition process based on the GCC initiative and the Security Council resolutions 2014 and Digital 2051.
