President Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi of Yemen confirmed the pioneering role the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is playing to implement the GCC initiative and its executive mechanism for Yemen and the UN Security Council's resolutions No. 2014 and 2015. Addressing the technical committee on dialogue held in Sanaa under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdulkareem Al-Eryani, Hadi said as far as the implementation of the GCC initiative is concerned, phase I of the program is successful. He said Yemen is today not far from holding the comprehensive national dialogue conference. The meeting discussed a number of important issues relating to the unification of the army, security and restructuring a number of crucial entities.
