It also commended the outcomes of the Conference of the Friends of Yemen, which took place in Riyadh on May, 23, 2012 and reviewed the outcome of the 10th meeting of the Joint Technical Committee to specify Republic of Yemen development needs, which was held at the General Secretariat premises on 6-7 of May, 2012, and lauded the progress made in development projects, funded by the GCC member States, instructed to carry on with their completion and welcomed the opening of an office affiliated to the GCC General Secretariat in the Republic of Yemen. On the Sudanese Affair, the Ministerial Council welcomed the Resolution of African Peace and Security Council on April, 24, 2012 on the roadmap to solve all disputed issues between the two republics of Sudan and South Sudan. It welcomed also the International Security Council Resolution No. 2046 issued on May, 2, 2012 on the events that took place in Heglig, and the resolution issued by the Arab League Council in its extraordinary session at ministerial level which held in Doha on June, 3, 2012, hoping that the two sides will, positively, respond to the requirements of the resolutions that would lead to end all pending issues and to achieve last peace for both of them. -- SPA
