United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon condemned a suicide bombing Tuesday in Beirut that killed four and wounded dozens, dpa reported. Ban said the "recurrent acts of terrorism and violence" were "totally unacceptable" and called for the "perpetrators of this heinous crime to be brought to justice. "The UN chief called on all Lebanese parties "to strive for national unity as the best safeguard of Lebanon's security and stability in the face of terrorism," his spokesman said.
