He said today's incident reflects an escalation of violence, sparking tension in Lebanon over the past months. The Secretary General of the United Nations called on Lebanese people for self constraint in support of the effort of both the army and security forces to prevent terrorist operations from occaring, noting that perpetrators must be brought to justice.
