The Saudi Press Agency and the radio and television Commission are covering the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit to be hosted by Kuwait during the period of 7-8 / 2/1435 AH, corresponding to 10-11 / 12 / 2013 G. President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah Bin Fahd Al-Hussein said the coverage is being carried out by teams of editors, broadcasters, photographers and technicians. He added that all potentials have been mobilized to provide a media coverage that keeps pace with this event. He stated that the coverage is conducted under the supervision and follow-up of the Minister of Culture and Information and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Press Agency Dr Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja. He stated that SPA is keen to achieve excellence in coverage of the summit through its web site www.spa.gov.sa, or through social networking platforms supported by photographs. He said that on the sidelines of the conference, SPA is participating with a special pavilion as part of the summit's accompanying exhibition that contains many photos documenting the story of the GCC since its inception as well as its achievements.
